December LD Players of the Month

Congratulations to this month's players, which are voted on by their coaches, for the effort they are putting into their game and their teams!

She is growing into a natural scorer, scoring 7 goals in one game!

Sascha made the switch to goalie, trying her hardest at practice as well as doing extra lessons on the side to get better.

Only returner from last season, she has been a good team leader and has improved her individual skills a lot.

Always shows up with a smile, learning how to play defense, and always has good stick on puck. Continues to improve every time she steps on the ice.

Great attitude, always shows up with a smile and is willing to learn. She is a great teammate.

Kaelyn continues to thrive as her drive and work ethic, along with supporting her fellow teammates, pushes her to improve everyday. Even when the game isn’t going the way she wants, she keeps her mind strong and never quits.

Always has a smile on her face and is willing to play anywhere the team needs.

Great team player. Performs in any position the team needs her in.

Working her hardest on and off the ice. Her commitment to improving her game has been solid and very noticeable.

Continues to be a leader on the blue line and even stepped up to play goalie in our last PGHL weekend, stopping almost 100 shots!!

Great leader. Challenging herself to lead through example and work ethic is unmatched. Our most eager player to encourage her teammates and one of our most improved players.

Always has a great attitude and comes to practice ready to learn. Always encouraging of her teammates. Overall game has improved a lot since the beginning of the season. Does an excellent job on the penalty kill blocking shots and taking away passing lanes.

Her commitment to the team has been outstanding. Driving all the way from Santa Barbara for weekday practices just to get better with her teammates. Always working hard and willing to learn to get better.
